You trust me with your information when you book lessons, and I take that seriously. This page explains, in plain English, what I collect, why I collect it, and what I do with it.
What I collect from you
I collect your name, address, email address, and phone number. I use these details to organise and run your tutoring lessons.
How payments are handled
Payments are processed through Tutonomi and their payment partner, Ryft.
How I use lesson transcripts
I use Granola to record a lesson transcript so I can write a helpful summary feedback email after the lesson.
Once I have sent that feedback email, I delete those transcript records the same day.
